I have been defining software and hardware interfaces between humans and technology for over 20 years. It is my professional passion and excites me every day. It is a fertile, ever-changing landscape of work, because as new innovations arise in computing and materials, customer expectations keep rising at the same time.

I specialize in identifying opportunities for innovation with design research, and then applying interaction design as a distinguishing feature for competitive advantage. However, I can also help companies simply modernize their offerings, if that is all the business requires.
